Explain the consequences.
Our standard is useful commercial analysis with traceable sources, explicit assumptions and realistic investment decisions.
Research and sourcing
We prioritize official records, government and agency documentation, original company disclosures and original commercial real estate research. A source must support the claim attached to it. A public lease is an example of a negotiated agreement, not a rule governing other properties.
Sources identify access dates. Market material identifies its reporting period when used. We distinguish an assessment, a tax bill, a lender underwriting convention and an investment assumption rather than treating them as interchangeable.
Original contribution
Each resource must answer a distinct investor question and add an original calculation, comparison, annotated document or decision framework. We do not publish location-swapped articles or mechanically rewritten lender pages to expand the library.
Examples and financial models
Worked transactions are labeled hypothetical. We state the property facts and financial assumptions used in the example, reconcile the calculations, and distinguish operating income from capital spending, debt service, reserves and distributions.
Calculator defaults are illustrative inputs. They are not current market quotes, investment recommendations or Jaken underwriting parameters. Each model explains its formulas and limitations.
Automation and illustrations
AI assists research organization, drafting, code and architectural illustrations. Generated material requires source and calculation checks. Architectural images are conceptual AI illustrations; they do not document financed properties. Charts and financial tables use explicit underlying values.
Draft and verified status
During private editorial production, draft resources are labeled as drafts. A draft is not independently publication-verified. Briefs and unwritten resources are excluded from the available article library. Public launch requires the full 250-resource editorial audit and technical checks.
A verified label must reflect a recorded check of material claims, source relevance, numerical examples and originality. It does not imply a licensed professional has reviewed an article unless that contribution is expressly and accurately identified.
Commercial relationship
Jaken Finance Group backs this publication. Relevant financing references are disclosed and contextual. Official authorities establish legal requirements and government program rules; Jaken resources explain its own financing context.
Updates and corrections
Financing terms are scheduled for monthly review, market analysis quarterly, and evergreen explanations annually. Legal and tax resources require review when relevant rules change. Modification dates reflect substantive work, not automatic freshness updates.
